On the 5th floor you will find the exclusive b_smart fit & well.
Around the clock, exercise bikes, cross trainers and a treadmill are available for a wake-up workout or to end the day on a sporty note.
In addition, the sauna and an infrared cabin are available to all guests from 4 pm.
The rest area invites you to stay and relax.

You will find your bathrobe in your closet.
Breakfast
Breakfast is available for you in the b_smart restaurant at the following times:

You have already paid at the time of booking or check-in. For check-out, please place your room card in the box provided by the exit before you leave.
Cupboard for all cases
On each floor you will find a housekeeping room where you can find extra pillows, blankets and other daily necessities.
Do not disturb!
Our Good Fairies start their work from about 07:00. Please hang the designated sign on your room door if you do not wish to be disturbed or if the room is not yet to be cleaned.
Dogs
To bring a dog you need our prior consent. If it is allowed by us, it is only under the condition that the dog is under your constant supervision, is free of diseases and does not pose any danger to the other guests. It is also not allowed to bring the dog at breakfast or in the b_smart restaurant.
There is a charge of CHF 25.00 per night for the dog and requires that you bring a dog basket or a dog blanket.
Exceptions are dogs for the blind, the deaf as well as other comparable service dogs. These may be brought along free of charge and at any time.
Electricity
The sockets are all equipped with 230 volt alternating current.
The sockets next to the desk are all supplied with continuous current. Here you can also charge devices during your absence.
Emergency
In every room you will find an emergency plan directly by the room door. There you will find all relevant information about alarm buttons and escape routes.

Fire / Fire protection
Our house is built according to the latest fire protection regulations and is equipped with a fully automatic fire alarm system. You will find a fire extinguisher on each floor.
Please note the emergency plan on your room door!
If an attempt is made to wilfully put the fire alarms out of operation, the guest will be charged a penalty fee and any other consequential costs incurred.
Iron
On the third floor you will find an iron in the Wash & Clean area. We ask for your understanding that we cannot provide irons in the rooms for fire safety reasons.
Parking
The parking spaces in the animal garage as well as in the outdoor parking lot are available free of charge.
For the charging infrastructure, a fee is charged by the provider directly at the charging station.
Room card
If you lose your room card or need a replacement card, you can obtain additional room cards at the check-in terminal. You will need your reservation number.

Safe / Laptop safe
For your valuables you have your own room safe. You will find the safe in the closet.
Close safe
1. enter a four-digit code
2. press the "ENTER" key
3. close the door and press the "CLOSE" button
When this operation is completed, the message "CLOSED" appears on the display. Now the safe is locked.
Opening the safe
1. enter the four-digit code. The display shows the numbers entered. 2.
2. as soon as you have entered the code, the display shows "OPEN".
Snack machine
On the third floor you will find a snack vending machine and a microwave.
Washing machine
On the third floor you will find a washing machine.
