On the 5th floor you will find the exclusive fitness- and wellness area b_smart fit & well.

In the b_smart well you can choose between the following areas: finnish sauna, infrared sauna, iLife SOMM regeneration lounger, rest area.
Saunas:
The saunas are activated upon request. Please inform us via +423 230 47 47 or our staff on site 1h before your spa use that you want to use the sauna.
b_smart service & wash station
On the 3rd floor you will find for small hunger and thirst some different snacks and various drinks against payment at the vending machine.
As well on the 3rd floor you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer as well as an iron with a ironing board, where you can wash your laundry by yourself.
Baby cot
Readily we provide you a baby cot for your child (til 4 years). Please book it at least 24 hours before arrival by e-mail.

Dogs
If you will bring your dog with you, you need our approval. If it is permitted, it shall be granted that the dog ist on a constant supervision, free from disease and is not a danger for the other guests. It isn’t alloud to bring the dog to the breakfast or into the b_smart bar.
For the dog you need to pay a fee of CHF 25.00 per night and presupposes, that you have a dog basket or a dog blanket with you.
The exception to this are guide-, hearing- and another comparable service dog. These can be entrained for free.
Electrcity
The power sockets are equipped with 230 volts. The power sockets besides working desk are eqquiped with permanent current.
Emergencies / SOS
In every room floor you will find an alarm button directly at the floor entry which is connected with the security service. If you press this alarm button within only a few minutes someone will be with you and help you.

Fire / fire protection
Our house is built according tot he rules of fire safety regulations and equipped with a new fully automatic fire alarm system. Fire extinguisher you will find on every floor at the entry of corridor on the right side. If any attempts are made to put the fire detectors out of operation, the penalty fee and follow-up costs will be offset to this guest.

If you have lost your room card or you need a replacement card, you could receive another room card at the check-in terminal. However, you also need your reservation number.

Close the Safe
1. Put in a four-digit code.
2. Press the button „ENTER“
3. Close the door an press the button „CLOSE“
When you finished the message „CLOSED“ will appering on the display. Now the safe is closed.
Open the Safe
1. Enter the four-digit code. On display you will see the numbers.
2. As soon as you entert he code, „OPEN“ will be appering on display.
